Q. What is the print code and why am I being prompted for this?
A. If you receive a message saying you need a print code you have probably entered through My Consignment Managers site instead of ours. Simply log off and go back in through our link and log back in. Print your tags as usual and no print code should be required.
Q. Do I need to bring an inventory sheet to drop off and if so, how do I print it?
A. Yes, please bring your inventory sheet to drop off. To print, please go to “Manage Inventory”, Generate your Item’s List. On the top right column of your items, there is a link “Generate Printer Friendly Report” – Please note this is hard to see! It is bright yellow. Click on it and it will generate your inventory sheet to bring to drop off.
Q. I had deleted a few items from my inventory list, but the numbering doesn’t self correct. It actually skips the number I deleted. The issue is that it will look as if I have more than 200 items b/c the item# will go beyond 200, yet the Total Items Displayed will be correct.
A. This scenario will happen but the system will not prevent you from entering beyond item #200. If you delete an item, that item number will not be used again. You may consign 200 items and when you print your inventory report; your item count will be at the top.
